RANK Ligand

Figures 1 & 2 are just some quick sketches that I made of the extracellular domain of the RANK ligand. It's expressed on the surface of T-cells, stromal cells, and osteoblasts, and they are responsible for initiating osteoclastogenesis by binding to the receptor RANK found on monocytic precursors.

These drawings are based off the structural models found on the protein databank.
